Pretty obvious legally it is murder?

If someone stabs a pregnant woman in the stomach and her baby died its murder so the law sees it as a human that can die? If not then thr person just removed a clump of lifeless cells?

Now to fuck with Christians baby's go strait to heaven right? So the doctor is just sending babies to heaven with no pain and suffering of the modern hell in earth real world?
