lol yeah my cousins from Chicago were shocked the first time they came out in winter with light clothing.

They said -20 in a blizzard is the same as 40 with rain and a breeze in Oregon.

Yeah I was in the Midwest for two years with sun zero and blizzards and it’s not comparable.
