The problem with news articles is that they never offer “how you can help or get involved” closings.

People want to help but when the kind doesn’t have clear direction forward, it is in a “maybe” position. And when it’s in a maybe position it always defaults to “no”.

A solution would be providing links of trusted organizations that are fighting the problem so people were much more incentivized to help out in some way.
