Made no sense at the time, since Trump's presidency was already public; which is perfect because no one could have figured it out until now, with the unexpected election result and all the talk of devolution. It shows us that this was the plan all along, nothing "went wrong".

We also know that this year was Red October so the probability of everything coming together this November is off the charts. Waiting another year would be far too late, there is no benefit to waiting another year. Putting people through another year of this willfully makes THEM criminals, they will have enough explaining to do as is.

These are dates, not only "laws of war". They don't make sense only in that context, although double meanings exist.

You will notice that the predictions end around this time and Q goes on with more general info after that.

TLDR: There is a cluster of events coming together starting today and culminating at 11/6. Proof to begin 11/3 this year, not four years ago.
