Anyone have a source to this? I tried a quick search on jewgle but nothing, duckduckgo seems to be down for me

I use a VPN and for a few days my duckduckgo wouldn't work either. I used anti virus and spy ware finally changed the VPN LOCATION. Now it pulls up. That I don't get. I am not very tech savvy.
