An answer to your question, I would say most people do not hear these types of stories, outside of an already skeptical echo-chamber.
For instance, they only reason I've heard most of these stories, is because I come to places like Poal and other sites, where people are already skeptical of the vaccine and looking for confirmation.
The typical normie housewife (similar to the lady in the video), would only find out after something happens to themselves or someone they know. A lot of times, these people are so brainwashed that they still don't attribute things like this to the vaccine.
The "medical professionals" like nurses and lab workers are the worst. They know just enough science to be sure that they are right, and anyone who criticizes the vax doesn't know what they are talking about. Even if you shove the evidence in their faces, they refuse to look at it.
