I don't see a path to decertification. The constitution doesn't cover it and there's no legal precedent.
I see a path to removing the president and vice-president, starting with impeachment.
I don't see a path to restoring Trump. In fact, I see a major roadblock, because the Constitution spells out exactly what must happen for someone to become president. Being the "previously elected president" won't cut it.
At best, we'll end up with Speaker of the House. Not sure if that's really best or not.
I would take President Pelosi if it meant we could prove that Trump and his allies weren’t lying about election fraud.
You all know I’m not the biggest Trump fan, but proving that there was massive voter fraud, I mean really proving it, would be incredibly impactful and meaningful going forward.
There is no scenario in which proving that election fraud happened isn’t better than failing to prove it. I’m not even saying anything would come of it necessarily. I don’t give two shits about waking people up. That has never mattered.
But it is absolutely imperative that we get a win, any kind of win, why don’t we start with that? Then we’ll move on from there.
No I agree, I'd like to see the proof, see Trump and supporters vindicated, and see the guilty go to prison.. No doubt Pelosi was involved somehow anyway, she may go down too.
I also don't know if it is possible to decertify. unless people are being arrested, and soon, we are screwed. But I like to dream that there is some super clandestine military group "Seal Team 45", that is 100% behind Trump and will restore order. How is that for hopium?
I hold some hope too. I think they can prove the fraud, I just don't know what the fallout would be. Mostly just trying to keep people's expectations low. The Q really fucked some people up.
