That's conceivable but a long time to regain power. The Deep State knows there time is limited and are working overtime to make those audits meaningless. Once you have the people under your control it requires a lot more effort to regain what you lost.

Conceivably he only needs 3 or 4 swing States.. many Constitutional paths from there. At some point ppl will realize he was the last legally elected and Constitutionally inaugurated President. With decertification of the election, he is President.
