Decisive (but targeted, non-ubiquitous) election fraud occurred on November 3. What follows is an explanation and the evidence behind it.

Starting in 1997, Smartmatic systems were developed in Venezuela with built-in functionality permitting precinct administrators to override security features it appeared to incorporate. Among the extraordinary privileges it gave administrators were abilities to: shave votes continuously from one candidate to another;

batch ballots for later “adjudication” but which instead became a pool of votes that the administrator could simply assign to the candidate of choice; generate blank ballots.

Through a series of licensing agreements, bankruptcies, and corporate mergers and acquisitions, that code ended up in various US election systems (e.g., Dominion, ES&S) which (branding aside) still derive from Smartmatic (a.k.a. Sequoia). Thus, they brought to US elections not only the generous functionalities permitting manipulation by administrators, but porous security, extending such powers to those abroad.[i]

The real kicker is that Constitutionally NO JUDGE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO JUDGE THE FEDERAL ELECTIONS. Once the "elections" were "certified" Article 1 Sec. 5 and the 12th Amendment make each House the sole "Judicial Tribunal" of the elections of its members (Art. 1 sec. 5) and Congress as a whole the sole Judges of the 12th Amendment election of the President.

Article 3 Judges can only redress questions of Law and Equity. Not the federal elections, according to the Law of the Land anyway, that is Congress' responsibility. But hardly anyone knows it and the Judges and politicians aren't going to tell you either. All I am trying to do is raise the awareness among my fellow Patriots.

IF a state were to decertify the election and pressure builds for other states to follow, that could change the dynamics…??🙏🙏

Any thoughts on taking legal advantage of the ignoring of subpoenas? Any legal advantage to adding this to any decertification arguments?

States can decertify their votes to infinity and beyond and it will have zero affect. They had already certified their Electors by the federal law deadline of 12/8/20. Once that certification of appointment was complete, the next act performed by the Electors on 12/14/21 was a federal act controlled by the US Constitution and federal laws 3 USC ch. 1 secs. 1 thru 21, any State action after the fact is irrelevant. Biden was sworn in and the only ways out are impeachment or 25th Amendment. I hate it but those are the facts. People ignoring subpoenas should be held liable for that action at a minimum losing their jobs.
