This is really twisting what the documents actually say. Denna Henshaw's lawyer is saying that the information the accused is seeking is not "material evidence" relevant to the criminal charges against him. Therefore, they have no "material evidence" to offer in the case because it is not relevant and seek to have the supeona for Denna Henshaw quashed.
