He was basically impeached for being an asshole, lying and incompetent. Officially he was impeached for leaning on the Ukrainian govn't to go along with Trump/Rudi' fraudulent actions in order to dump on Biden. The second was for instigating the insurrection. LOL, huh ??. I thought 'Officially', he was impeached for 'lying to congress (read - investigators)'. More specifically about whether or not he 'pressured or unduly influenced' a Ukraine Special prosecutor (not the Ukraine govt, hehe ) to open and conduct an investigation into the dealings between a Ukraine energy Company, Burisma Holdings Inc and Hunter Biden (who was on their Board of Executives), and if those dealings involved any corruption. Where-as Joseph "where's my tapioca' Biden openly bragged on video about telling Ukraine, while he was V.P, to 'drop the investigation' or the US will withhold over $1 billion USD in State Dept Funding - and again on video recounts that the investigation was dropped that same afternoon before he boarded the plane back to the States.

Insurrection ??? , just lol. The worlds first non-armed 'mostly peaceful' insurrection.
