Immigrants have always poured in from whatever country the Imperialists were fighting over. Do all the high-IQ Vietnamese immigrants of CIA-run wars count, or since Viets are largely edumacated and anti-communist, does the "right" only start counting the mass immigration beginning with the refugees from the Central American wars run by the CIA et al, because low-IQ central American immigrants are largely commies?
