I've seen both videos and have followed Shawns channel since he started his first cabin. I don't know if you know but he sold it and is starting another cabin

Yes - something about encroachment and his family being "uncomfortable" with a neighbor. Sad, but he seemed happy with the couple who purchased it. His work is beautiful. Very talented man.
