President Trump: “Fox News and other media outlets incorrectly side with the outdated and terrible Maricopa County Election Board to report no fraud found in the Presidential Election. They spew the gross misinformation purposefully put out by the county and the Associated Press, and IGNORE the very important Arizona Senate’s hearing yesterday, which showed 168,000 fraudulent ballots printed on illegal paper (unofficial ballots), 74,000 mail in ballots received that were never mailed (magically appearing ballots), 11,000 voters were added to the voter rolls AFTER the election and still voted, all the access logs to the machines were wiped, and the election server was hacked during the election.

They sided with the County and not the brave Arizona Senate who is fighting for the people of Arizona. The same anchor at the desk the night Fox called Arizona for Joe Biden now wants you to believe there was no fraud. The anchor was Bret Baier.

It’s time to decertify this election.” Senator Kelly Townsend said the fraud was so bad “I want to see indictments.” Senator Sonny Borrelli says “I've seen enough evidence to challenge the validity of the certification of the Maricopa County Election results.” Arizona shows Fraud and Voting Irregularities many times more than would be needed to change the outcome of the Election.” - President Trump

Someone on Twitter disputed me when I posted a picture saying there's more security measures on Frito Lay coupons than on our election ballots. His argument was that "they can't be reproduced".

Frito Lay coupons aren't meant to prevent being reproduced. You can literally photocopy them to your hearts content. You can even forge fake coupons that give you 50% off or whatever.

The security is that they have a specific identifier that only exists in Lay's servers. If the coupon cannot be authenticated/audited, Frito Lay will not reimburse the grocery store for the coupon. In an equivalent scenario, if any sort of logs or trails in the elections are tampered with or unable to be verified in any way, if there is no way to audit the ballots, the votes are discarded.

So for example, all of these Democrats suing to prevent audits, and all of these states passing laws to prevent audits, would immediately have all of those votes thrown in the garbage bin because they can't be authenticated.

The same way Frito Lay wouldn't give a flying fuck if grocery stores didn't want them inspecting the coupons. They simply don't pay them. So suddenly it's in the grocery stores best interest to ensure they are only accepting valid coupons, or they lose money.

It's common sense and we should at the very least have as much security for our elections as a bag of Cheetos.

I think it is supposed to be 5 years in the pokey for each offence. We're talking about hundreds of thousands of 5 year sentences. I haven't heard of any heads rolling.

Even if all the elections were invalidated, isn't it the electoral college that actually made the vote? They don't even have to vote the same as the election result for their state.

Yes the Electors that make up the "college" cast their ballots and voted for President as Constitutionally prescribed. Yes they do have to vote according to the results in their State if their State has a Law in place prior to their appointment that says they must vote for the candidate of the party that nominated them as an Elector for President and Vice President. Not all States have such a Law but some do. The scotus ruled this stupidly and in direct opposition to the Constitutions intent in joint cases CHIAFFALO V. WASHINGTON and BACA V. COLORADO in 2020. I wrote a book on it called "The Electoral College for Patriots" which was published prior to this decision. In order to come up with their stupid ruling they had to redefine the word "Manner" as used in Article 2 sec. 1. They said that Electors appointed in the Manner chosen by the Legislature thereof must also vote in the Manner chosen by the State because according to scotus "Manner" not only means how you are appointed but what you must do after you are appointed. It really defies common sense. The 12th Amendment says the Electors shall name in "their ballots" but this decision makes those ballots the States' ballots to be decided by the Legislature thereof and they are no longer the ballots of the Electors otherwise known as We the People. It really is a disgusting decision.

Sounds like the situation with jury nullification. Why have jurors/electors if they're there to mechanically vote in a prescribed manner?

Exactly. The decision has zero basis in the Constitution, they simply made it up. Like I said they redefined the word "Manner". I can only think of one other place where that word is used in the Constitution and that is Article 1 sec. 4 that allows State Legislatures to "prescribe the Manner of electing Senators and Representatives ". If you apply the new definition to that section then State Legislatures can tell those Senators and Representatives how they must vote or they can tell us voters how we must vote because they chose the "Manner" of those elections. It really is convoluted logic.
