Given the Dem's extraordinary cheating ability, this test must be administered under total surveillance. Camera directly above him and the piece of paper he is writing on, with high enough resolution that we can actually see what he is writing down. Cameras covering every cubic inch of volume in the testing room.

Need some sort of way to verify that it's actually Biden in the chair and not a double.

Patriot, I totally agree with you. Appears CNN is turning on Biden now, I suspect it is now so obvious and to many people are aware, they have to move to Harris now.
