Brother, the answer lies in the US Constitution. The Constitution limits the power of the Federal Government in ALL areas. It clearly states what limited powers are given to the federal government and everything else is considered State Powers. The Federal Government has ran roughshod over the Constitution and no amount of State Laws will prevent that.
