How many swapped votes does it take to commit fraud 1, they cheated we didn't, they stole people's identity by stealing their votes, if we all had voter ID it would be an identity thief that's the thinking behind voter ID is suppression only to those who cheat and like to change rules.

I like your thinking. We should charge these people with mass identity theft as well as voter fraud / election fraud. Some how we need to find a justice system that isn't corrupt to the core.
