Thanks for posting. Weather warfare? Or intentional destruction made to look natural? When you see odd weather changes building in other parts of the world (USA cold snap), it could be caused by the build-up of man-made ionospheric activity prior to 'pulling the trigger'. When they don't report it, it's to cover something up.
