?? HIPA violation for a business to ask that ... I would record the incident for my attorney then sit back and await my payday settlement.
Am needing a nice 26' center console skiff
Lol, you don't think the law is going to be mangled and twisted to make this "okay" to do to you?
Why wouldn't they? "Emergency legislation", it's for safety, everyone likes being safe.
Next: They're going to make a law that has harsh punishments for specifically forging a vaccine card. It's going to be like an elevated forgery charge- they're going to argue that you pretending to be vaccinated and thus not taking the precautions of mask+social distancing, you are putting everyone around you in danger. Your rights end where theirs begin, and you are a LETHAL THREAT to them just by being present and not having an experimental DNA modifier injected into you.
People call the "slippery slope" a fallacy... but holy shit, every time in my lifetime I've seen what could be called a "slippery slope" situation, it always ends up being true. I recall being a young, fully indoctrinated high school student, and I argued that republicans who didn't like fag marriage were using a stupid slippery slope argument. All they want is to be married, it's about love! 15 years later, we have annual public fag orgies in every major US city. We have the concept of "drag queen story time". We have children being given "transition" hormones.
But... I thought they just wanted to get married and mind their own business? Same with covid- I thought they were just checking our temperature and forcing us to get tested occasionally. But if you give them that ground, they'll take more, and more, and more...
MOST IMPORTANTLY: This will be systemic. Federal government will first offer tax break incentives to companies for each vaccinated employee. After a while of this, when it's clear that the remaining un-shot employees (probably 1/3 of any given business), federal and state governments will start FINING businesses based on how many un-shot employees they have. That's when the firings begin, and by this time, the legislation will be in place that will protect businesses from tossing out un-shot employees.
Spot on!
