Not positive but I can't imagine some underling signing a subpoena against the personal lawyer of POTUS during his impeachment.

But in the deep state / cabal, I guess anything's possible.

That's what you do when you run a protection racket, They all use a mafia playbook, why you think they took the mob down. The DOJ FBI is racketeering we will need roaring 20's in reverse to fix it, looks like a mob will be needed to take them down.
