I'm not sure there was anyone even in that bed. I couldn't see

00:07 arm raised the patient's right arm. appears to have black wrist band (watch).

also it is right where you would expect to see an arm raise up. i could scan more, but it is clear.

speaking from experience in care, not beating defenceless pts.
