It's Lynn Wood saying where is Kennedy a few times, then kinda inaudible. A man steps out from behind the banner. Lynn says -WWG1WGA. The hairline on the side of his face is close to what Jr's was.
Personally I don't believe Jr. Is alive. I feel Lynn is either trolling the demonrats, or it's another Kennedy. But who knows I could be wrong.
