Following the current media's logic, if the cop would have called a social worker, it would be a non issue.

Hopefully more people start to realize this. The blacks literally want to be allowed to kill each other in peace. They don't want us to interfere. It's a tribal thing, and they are bred to enjoy this kind of behavior. Let the local "tribal chief" (AKA pimp or gang boss) deal with it as he sees fit, just like happened in the old country. Cops should only be there to cordon off the urban game preserves where the tribals live so nothing leaks out.

Patriot, there is no logic behind them. Appears they feel the 16 old had a right to Commit Homicide. And a Social Worker would have made distance before being victim number two.
