Because the trial was never about justice for a crime.

side note: just checked mine and it is 95%, he was getting more O2 than I am sitting in my chair.

I agree Patriot, this was all to push the race bait agenda. I wonder if the prosecution will plead the 5th or sing now ?

If you read more about this than the headline, the guy fucked up giving testimony. Pulled that number out of his ass. No way was his O2 level that high with all of health issues he had in addition to the drugs he consumed. His lungs were not functioning THAT well. Also they have yet to determine if the police SUV tailpipe next to his head elevated the carbon monoxide levels in his blood stream.
