The Prosecutions own Medical Expert just destroyed the Prosecutions Case. They went with charges and to trial knowing this ? makes me ask what they were smoking.
BLM and the democrat party should be made to pay for all the destruction they caused.

I agree, they will riot, but then they can be charged as unlawful combatants, and since the targets are of no Military value. They are going to see some serious charges like they have never seen before.

If you read more about this than the headline, the guy fucked up giving testimony. Pulled that number out of his ass. No way was his O2 level that high with all of health issues he had in addition to the drugs he consumed. His lungs were not functioning THAT well. Also they have yet to determine if the police SUV tailpipe next to his head elevated the carbon monoxide levels in his blood stream.
