It's a non-issue.

Many people all over the world have not changed their lifestyle one bit and are perfectly fine.

They are not falling over dead from vaccines since they didn't take it. They don't have to worry about "acceptable risks" where thousands of people die and suffer over nothing.

Both states saw significant measures to curb the virus as documented here. Why would you say they’ve not changed their lifestyle when they clearly have?
