Means NOTHING.

The Michigan Supreme Court ruled wHITLER's mandates unconstitutional Oct. 2, 2020, and AGAIN on Oct. 21, 2020 because wHITLER claimed she had 21 days to continue breaking the law, and NOTHING has changed.

Everybody still wearing mask, still getting questioned to go anywhere, businesses still forcing people to wear masks, etc.

IMHO, the businesses are now the ones breaking the law, and I have tried explaining this to a few of them, by stupidity rules the day. So if there is anyone from Michigan, that has more money than I do and is SMART enough to not believe the crap, should start suing every business for violating people's Constitutional and Civil rights, and finally SET MICHIGAN FREE FOR GOOD!

Seems to me, it would be win-win since the Michigan Supreme Court already ruled as such.

If we have to follow their "rules" and "guidelines", but they don't have to do the same, then our only recourse is the 2nd Amendment.

Wisconsin will have the same problem.

Don't file a lawsuit until you have attempted every remedy to get the store to follow the law. A lot of people lose in court simply because they never tried to remedy the impasse. This is accomplished requesting arbitration/mediation. The last place you want to be is in a court of law. Your attempts for resolution outside of the court is what makes your case solid.

Start out with a Complaint letter along with a Cease and Desist "Pre-suit" Notice. If you list your State's statutes and Federal laws that the business is violating and request remedy for being discriminated against, they will 'lawyer-up' and respond to your Complaint and Pre-suit. Three businesses I sent these certified letters to immediately hired/activated lawyers to respond to my 20+ page Complaint and Pre-suit. Their 3 to 5 page response was absolutely hilarious. Very little of it was in response to the very Statutes and Federal Laws they were in violation of. Instead, it was wishy-washy drivel denying their client did anything wrong and appealed to WHO guidelines (guidelines are recommendations and not law). I could have sent the same latter out and demanded the lawyer respond to the laws being violated. Remember the vast majority of lawyers 'act' with arrogance and privilege no different than Hollywood actors. They too are low IQ morons. With lawyers costing on avg. $250 an hr., I'm sure the billing was well over a thousand dollars for the store.

Before any lawsuit occurs, and should be used as the last resort, try to arbitrate/mediate a solution with the business. Request this. Before ever going into court, you need to show your extraordinary attempts to resolve the issue. All of this is to be documented. If you can show your extraordinary attempts to resolve this impasse before going to court, it makes your case very solid. Mediation/arbitration is costly to the business. Their lawyer is on their dime.

Let's cost them for violating the law. Also, I use OSHA regulations they are violating and detail reporting them.
