The right outlined for the people to both keep and bear arms is a God-given right, one of many spoken of in the Declaration of Independence. Apparently, the majority of the 11 judges that sit on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals don’t understand this, and as such, should be impeached due to their bad behavior in their ruling against what is absolutely clear in the Second Amendment.
“The Second Amendment’s text, history, and structure, and the Supreme Court’s reasoning in Heller, all point squarely to the same conclusion: Armed self-defense in public is at the very core of the Second Amendment right,” O’Scannlain wrote
