- Allowing a protest, and scheduling for a specific date
- Suddenly demanding a much stricter lockdown
- Actually peaceful protest takes place
- Government backsdown
- Goal accomplished: The government stays relevant and in the news, and makes it seem like it listens to citizens' demands while obtaining information about whether and how much people might resist harsher covid lockdowns.

Great points Patriot, here is the problem, with Tyranny they apply it slowly and increase and not decrease, if they decrease they lose ground and in time control. This now has emboldened the people, and what is not mentioned these protest have been going on around the world, and Fake News MSM has been silent. Now this leans more in the direction of WH Operation that empowers the people and once out of the bottle, they can no longer put the people in the bottle, and the world will unite to be free.
