I truly respect his bravery. He is absolutely correct. It is indeed as he states - TYRANNY. Look up the definition, if you don't think it meets the definition. The owner needs help though. To show just how TYRANNY works, they first cut off his electricity. He has improvised by using a generator to defy this unlawful order. Why is he right? Here's why:

"An emergency can not create power and no emergency justifies the violation of ANY OF THE PROVISIONS of the United States Constitution or States Constitutions." --- 16 Am Jur 2D Section 98.

“Then a constitution should receive a literal interpretation in favor of the Citizen, is especially true, with respect to those provisions which were designed to safeguard the liberty and security of the Citizen in regard to person and property.” -- 16 Am Jur 2d., Sec. 97 Bary v. United States - 273 US 128 “Any constitutional provision intended to confer a benefit should be liberally construed in favor in the clearly intended and expressly designated beneficiary” (You are the Beneficiary of the US Constitution)

However, his ingenuity and determination to make a living will only emboldened the TYRANTS to now attempt an even more authoritarian in 'ordering' the locking of his restaurant doors. If enough people show up to prevent this, the police will withdraw. They will only do so to wait until the supporters leave and then they'll return to complete their authoritarian orders. If the battle doesn't move from the restaurant, people will next be arrested. If there is resistance to arrest, someone or more may be injured and even killed. This is how TYRANNY devolves. The owner must move his fight to another location.

The battle needs to be taken to the TYRANTS themselves. The supporters should go to their 'Authoritarian lair' and protest there. Move the battlefield to their place. Maybe it needs to be taken to their homes. Remember this man is trying to feed his family. TYRANNY cannot stand. TYRANNY allowed, only provides a silent nod of approval for more tyranny to come. TYRANNY only devolves into something much darker until people finally unite to stand up against it.
