you create an individual REVOCABLE TRUST for EACH FIREARM you own and assign ownership of a firearm into the given trust. This means each trust you create will own ONE firearm. If you have 10 firearms, you have 10 trusts. You can also assign ammo into the trust if you like

Patriot, I wouldn't do it if I could.

It reads like it could be a record of all one's firearms that is now available to " Authorities" to be used against one.

They now know how many firearms, the make model ,type, serial number, and how much ammo you have. and where you store all of it.

I am sorry Brother I lost my 2a ( due to my disabilities) , I don't want to see you ,or anyone else lose theirs. ...

I've had them for so long that no one knows. But my son's haven't so the gov already knows and the same with a lot of people.

they only have an idea.. your son could have sold any number or traded .. with out government knowing.

That is why they want all sales trades to have Background checks. But now with this "trust" they will also know how much ammo you have for each firearm

Or simply don't register your firearms. If noone knows you own one. Use cash, don't leave a trail. I've gone mostly cash now. I don't like electronic audit trails.

Its still a compromise and should be avoided. Make no deals with the devil and simply hold position of defiance under the 2A. We all went thru this shit back in 1994. We stood then and many will continue stand.
