Thanks for the input.
When I was in grade school I still had perfect teeth, so my dentist said I qualified for fluoride treatments, where I sat in the chair biting down on fluoride-filled pads for 15 minutes. Lucky me. I am surprised I am able to fathom any esoteric topics at all after that abuse to my pineal gland. Haha. Luckily, I am still very drawn to spiritual subjects and quantum physics. (Conceptually, I do very well. My weakness in physics and mathematics was that I made small errors too often. I almost went to med school, but knew I was not great with observing details, so I chose physical therapy, instead. I loved it!)
I don't think anything can hinder us from raising our vibration. I believe it is within our control. Intension and faith can overcome the restraints and dampeners in our environment. After all, we are energy, and energy can be altered, which then alters how that energy is manifested, right?
I enjoy people like you who amplify my energy. It is also amplified by spending time in gratefulness, worship, meditation, and just paying attention to my heart. I think the most effective way to raise vibration is to be acutely present, observing my experiences, emotions, thoughts, and urges...while keeping attention in my heart and breathing with my diaphragm...acknowledging my eternal self and the abundance and forgiveness we have in God.
I think strong attachments here on earth create strong emotions...and each strong emotion is an opportunity to raise our vibration. This makes me grateful and able to accept the inevitability of each moment...at the same time it reminds me to actively choose and create what comes next.
