I've been doing pretty well for almost 3 years, most people have agreed with my choices in the long run. Many have voiced their opposition in the beginning. I've learned that no matter what choices I make someone is going to have a problem with it.
It shouldn't be dependent on whether someone has a problem with it, but by how many people do.
Try harder to be fair and democratic. Even you can make poor judgments when you hold all the power.
Yes and I encourage people to call me out on it when they think I have made a bad choice. However you are not perfect either and it is possible you are also incorrect.
