Direct heat from a lighter/candle or direct heat from a hot pan, griddle or even a crockpot? I have only seen people putting a direct flame to the snowball and not getting the results they think they should get. I haven't seen anyone use a pot or a pan on the stove to melt it. Freeze some distilled water, shave it up like snow, make a snowball out of it and then use a lighter and you will find that it behaves the same way. These videos are exploiting your thinking by showing something that is counter-intuitive but suggesting it would work as you expect when it won't. I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you. Don't be a dumb fuck nigger and fall for this kind of dishonesty. Think critically, experiment and make up your mind based on real world evidence not some video from a random idiot.

Weather engineering is a fact. Aerosol spraying is a fact. Through FOIA requests several researchers have determined this. The heat from a lighter is adequate to melt snow. Was there doctoring of the video where the droplets were photoshopped out. I think this is plausible. Do your own research instead of making wild claims that every one has an agenda. Show some counter evidence instead of accusations.
