Random question. So if "white farmers" wont get the help they need then should they not be able to pick their customers? For example, white owned businesses? Under the guise of this bill it sounds completely reasonable to make that assumption. This is complete lunacy.

That's so racist to declare that in the face of economic disasters that white people are hard-working and resourceful and can take care of themselves and that BIPOC can't take care of themselves and only BIPOC need hand outs
