They just keep finding excuses to not have to have Biden speak live in public. They will prepare a pre-recorded, edited SOTU address and say it's because of domestic terrorists, but they just don't want him talking live in front of the public.
Actually I believe in the year when a President is Inaugurated, his Inauguration Speech suffices for the SOTU. So no SOTU the year a new President has been Inaugurated. So no one is expecting a SOTU from bidan.
However, since bidan isn't really our President, just an actor playing a part, we should expect a SOTU from President Trump, who IS our President still!
That is what this Sunday's CPAC Trump Speech will be about.
That's why the unusual build up for this speech this year.

OK and when his speech isn’t about that what will you say? Oh I know. Nothing. You never do. Every time you’re proven wrong you just move on to the next big proclamation that will prove to be wrong also. You have to be fake, there’s no way you are real. You’re a plant. You have to be.
