Patriot, from the short video, there was a make standing to his right who was really close but he paid no attention, and this guy was close enough he could have easily grabbed his duty weapon ??? and I agree, with more angles and all, the truth is coming, his legal mouth piece does the normal SOP spin. just ignore, and of course when he is charged they will plea innocent, all part of the game. The trial and evidence will be what is important.
