it also bypasses the vote of the people. When State Legislature passes a bill Gov signs it No vote..

And yes they have attached the Emergency Clause to TAX Bills.

Righteousness = Being Justified. It is an attribute of God. We are to look for reasons to show mercy to others. Many Europeans walk this path.

Truth = Truth is the property of being in accord with fact or reality. Truth is usually held to be the opposite of falsehood. Truth is also Light . we are a Lamp and most of all, Truth is what sets us free. Again many Europeans walk in the Light Walk in Truth.
