I looked into it then because I wanted to verify the lawsuit. I couldn't find a reported lawsuit against the CDC. This makes me suspicious.

Patriot, appreciate the heads up on that, we definitely need to keep our eyes on it, if it is filed it may be another week or two. But worth keeping our eyes on.
