Patriots can take overt control anytime they wish now. More disruption potentially occurs after the pretend EOs take effect. If little or nothing happens, then they are not a driver. The next potential decision driver is March 14, when the increased unemployment benefits run out. This is a soft driver. My guess is a step by step set of wins for each of the contested states to smooth the transition. I don't think they can pass any budget or law until Trump takes the helm again.
