That clothing item, is ISSUED to us by our SERVICE BRANCHES.
That regulation ALLOWS us to mix that military clothing item with civilian clothing...
They did the same thing for the PT Uniform Jacket....
Without that written we wouldn't be allowed to.
Mixing Military Issue Clothing with civilian is against regulations and is punishable under UCMJ
