How about just charge him if he committed a crime? If the crime was serious enough, he will be in prison unable to run for election.

This definitely opens the door up to impeaching every past president they dont like. It's a crime to have slaves...Washington had slaves (sure it wasnt illegal then but that doesnt matter to retarded leftists) so let's impeach him.
