I’m not OP, but I would be fine with that. He’s already resigned so impeachment would be a waste of time and money.

I think the criminal justice system would be a more appropriate venue, and be able to assess more meaningful consequences.

Let's say the jewish justice system let's him off with a light sentence and he is back on the street in a couple years. And the jew media want him back in power and get him elected as the presidential nomination. Then they steal the election again. Do you think he should have been impeached?

Impeachment is to remove a sitting President, nothing more, If he is out of Office Impeachment is a mute point. with Biden in the scenario you brought forth, impeachment not needed and charge him as a private citizen.
