Let's say Joe biden's child sex tape comes out and he resigns immediately. You are saying he should not be impeached?

I’m not OP, but I would be fine with that. He’s already resigned so impeachment would be a waste of time and money.

I think the criminal justice system would be a more appropriate venue, and be able to assess more meaningful consequences.
