I could write a book on how my health has been mismanaged over the years and I will pay the price for that mismanagement for the rest of my life. That being said, NO group of people - either by race, profession, nationality, etc., is all ONE THING. So take your oh-so-self-righteous rage and indignation elsewhere.
I think he’s accusing her of getting some kind of bonus compensation either for promoting the vaccine or for having patients who get it at her recommendation. I don’t think that’s implausible.
