The problem with the internet - which probably correlates your point about people handling it - is gone are the days when people gave thought to what was coming out of their mouths and didn't feel the need to react instantly because they can. Not sure where the "I'm not free" comment came from. I don't think we're free - although we're freer than what the future holds if we don't get things in check. That's the thing that bothers me the most - it's one thing to make bad decisions that affect only ourselves - quite another to make decisions that effectively prevent successive generations from making ANY decisions. That's not our right - and that's the main reason I'm involved in this crap.
