Of course this is AP reporting this, which is a Rothschild enterprise (eutimes.net). The old standard was 85/15 to maintain complete credibility -- 85% truth/15% misinformation. After 911, it changed to 70/30. Now they don't hide the LIES anymore. I believe the 65% is a underestimate and its more like 85-90%.
