Elsewhere someone suggested the Congress of the United States must also consider DJT still the President, because they are pursuing an impeachment. Constitutionally, only a sitting president can be impeached, not a private citizen, Congress must know and understand that Trump actually did win the election ... therefore the impeachment action is necessary on their part to remove him. ... its the only way the impeachment and trial make any sense.....
