I do hope it is painful, and the guilty feel some semblance of the pain that they inflicted on so many innocents, especially the children. They don't deserve quick deaths.
Perhaps they get unganunga'd until they get panda eyes, then they face a firing squad or walk to the gallows.

Your idea does deliver on the pain and fear, but I don't know how the presence of all of the released fluids would interfere with the performance of a wood chipper, unless they makes blades specifically for such wet work.
maybe u and I can design a wood chipper that meets the needs of shredding thousands of parasites....
