I believe he's using the land for more than just farming. I bet he's building a city underground with a maze of tunnels and bunkers.
I have not checked, but are his properties consolidated in one area or many plots around the US. In either case, you are probably correct.
Have you checked area building permits? ... but you can pay off the county and state folks so that is not a fair question ... "justice for me, not for thee" two tier thing ...
Wonder who the contractors would be... He may just be using illegal alien labor at less than minimum wage ...

Thanks and all good points you've brought up. I'm not sure if the properties are connected or not, and I'd like to know this as well. However, I don't think he'd be using illegal aliens, but I'm sure he's had the workers sign NDAs and put the fear of the devil in them if they even think about violating the agreement. It would be interesting to see if his properties are anywhere near the earthquakes that had been happening in areas where this type of phenomenon is rare, especially the earthquakes that were fairly shallow.
